You Lift Your Container With Your Equipment, Put The Wheel In The Bottom ISO Pocket And Turn Them To Lock In, Then Take A Ratchet Strap From The Wheel To The Top Of The Box And Back Down To The Wheel, This Is To Insure They Stay On If For Whatever Reason Your Shipping Container Would Go High Center At Any Time During Moving Them
